Work Description: Thomas M. Reidy is the author of the book, Winning and Losing It! (A Guide to Student Leadership). He is a graduate of St. John Fisher College and holds a certificate in Executive Leadership from Cornell University. For his accomplishments in community outreach programs, Tom was listed in the Outstanding Young Men of America, an honor bestowed by the national Jaycees.

Tom began his sales career in the financial consulting field. while he was with IDS/American Express, he earned his CFP designation and was honored as the Outstanding Financial Planner of the Year.

Later, Tom became the division manager for Waddell & Reed in Rochester. During his tenure, Tom recruited, trained and developed a sales force that was recognized as having the highest per capita earnings growth in the country.

Because of his accomplishments in business leadership, Tom is listed in Who's Who in America. He has also, been an award winning speaker inToastmasters International.

Tom started his business development coaching program in January, 2002. His clients gain the inside secrets to dramatically increasing their profits by improving the efficiency and effectiveness of their sales process.
