Work Description: Lucy is a caring, knowledgeable, and down-to-earth coach and consultant. Her work combines TA, Neurolinguistics, and the Syntax model which is at the heart of much of her corporate consulting.

Lucy is co-author of the book, Smart Work: The Syntax Guide for Mutual Understanding in the Workplace (Kendall-Hunt Publishers). Her concepts and courses are licensed by major corporations to develop communication and leadership skills for managers and professionals, especially in high tech environments. Past and current clients include Hewlett Packard, Sun Microsystems, Tokyo Electron US Holdings Inc., the US Postal Service, Oracle, and numerous other organizations.

She is currently General Coordinator of USATAA and devotes much of her time to serving the professional TA community in the US and worldwide. Her current projects include editing video modules in the theory and practice of Transactional Analysis as well as writing courses in Coaching, Negotiation, and Leadership for corporate clients.
