With individuals, organizations, and groups, I love to help people reach mutual understanding and work through any obstacles to their successful collaboration. Methods are drawn from various models of effectiveness, including Transactional Analysis, Neurolinguistics, the work of Fernando Flores on Communication for Action, and inspired by such works as Eckhardt Tolle's The Power of Now and Meg Wheatley's book Finding Our Way. Probably my greatest skill is recognizing the needs in each unique situation and offering immediate assistance that contributes to long term learning.
