As a retired Air Force Reserve Colonel whose fields were aircraft maintenance, supply and logistics knows management of people at every level. Commanded large Air National Guard and Air Force Reserve units last fourteen years of his military reserve career. Retired out of the Defense Logistics Agency in the Pentagon working for the Assistant Secretary of Defense for Reserve Affairs.
