Theodore B. Novey and Natalie Haimowitz Scholarship Fund |

The USATAA Council hereby establishes the Theodore B. Novey and Natalie Haimowitz Scholarship Fund for the purpose of assisting individuals and groups to study Transactional Analysis. The principal will be maintained as a separate account by USATAA, a 501C3 non-profit tax exempt organization whose purpose is stated as follows: USATAA is an educational organization with its main functions being:
- Disseminating Transactional Analysis in the United States or where invited within Academic, Educational, Organizational, Clinical, Community and Faith-based Communities.
- Protecting the use and theory of Transactional Analysis in the United States.
- Providing learning, practicing and growing opportunities for its members in the theory and practice of Transactional Analysis.
- Fostering cooperation with the International Transactional Analysis Association and other TA based organizations.
USATAA administers the Theodore B. Novey and Natalie Haimowiz Scholarship fund with the following guidelines: Monies may be contributed to the Fund in addition to its starting principal. Funds will be distributed from the interest and dividends only; principal will not be distributed.
The application and approval process will be managed by a subcommittee of the USATAA council, to consist of no fewer than three members appointed by the council.
