Dan Cauble MSW, LCSW, CRT, CTA is co-founder and co-director of AZCounseling, PLLC ~ a private psychotherapy practice in Scottsdale, Arizona. He is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker ~ licensed by the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners. Dan earned his Bachelor of Business Administration degree and his Master of Social Work degree from Arizona State University. He has also obtained postgraduate certification in Transactional Analysis and is a Diplomate in Redecision Therapy. Prior to working in private practice, Dan has many years of experience working within a multidisciplinary team in outpatient and inpatient settings both assessing and counseling clients. Dan is a member of The National Association of Social Workers, The United States Transactional Analysis Association, The International Transactional Analysis Association and a charter member of The Redecision Therapy Association.

Dan currently works with adults and adolescents providing individual, couple, family and group treatment. His expertise includes: Major Depression, Bipolar Disorder, Anxiety Disorders (including Panic Disorder, Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder, Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder, Generalized Anxiety Disorder and Phobias), Narcissistic Personality Disorder, Marital, Couple, Family and Blended Family issues; as well as everyday adjustment issues such as Stress Management, Anger Management, Grief and Loss, Communication and Personal Growth. Dan works within a Redecision Therapy format, which is based on the presumption that clients have the power to create positive changes in their own lives. This therapeutic process includes aspects of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Object Relations, Developmental Theory, Attachment Theory, Systems Theory, Interpersonal Neurobiology and Personality Adaptations. The modality that might be best for a client will vary depending on the individual needs of the client.
