Knowing how to play is one of the characteristics found in NATAA members, and especially, our Council. We spent two days meeting in Tucson this spring, covering everything from membership and budget to social media and visions for the future. We even beamed in Cheryl Leong from San Francisco by laptop for part of the meeting. Thanks to Dianne Maki for making comfortable and fun arrangements. As you can see, we enjoy each other’s company as well as our productive work.
Our working/playing meeting in April in Tucson was fantastic. As the minutes state, “I got 3 times the amount which I expected” which says a lot for I thought it would excellent before I went.
It was a great retreat. Amazing people with so many gifts. I’m honored to be part of this Council.

Thank for this update. I am very relieved to see NATAA is staying active. I believe strongly in the power TA for change, and yet in many university counsellor training programs TA theory is minimized (if addressed at all). Yet, in Europe there are degrees in TA! Please continue to build TA in the USA and Canada. Thank you!
